1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
Please note: Processing time is completely separate from shipping time. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.
2. Estimated Shipping Windows & Costs
To maintain premium quality and offer affordable pricing, our jewelry is dispatched directly from our specialized manufacturing and fulfillment centers. We are proud to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders to our primary international destinations:

Disclaimer: These shipping windows are estimates based on standard transit conditions. Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasonal shopping volume (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or regional logistics delays.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your order. You can monitor your package's live progress at any time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers located in the United States and the European Union, small standard jewelry packages rarely incur additional import duties. However, please be advised that Treasure Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, localized taxes, or import fees applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. If you notice an error in your details, please contact our support team immediately within 12 hours of placement at chenzhijin625@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee address corrections after an order has entered the fulfillment phase. We are not liable for packages that are lost, severely delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your peace of mind is our top priority. If your package has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipment date, or if the jewelry arrives damaged, please reach out to us at chenzhijin625@gmail.com with your order number. We will immediately investigate with the courier and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
